She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Liberty University and her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Howard University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of the District of Columbia.
Licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC, Dr. Vebangsi provides comprehensive care to adult and geriatric populations across nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, managed care, and outpatient settings. Her clinical expertise includes chronic disease management, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, admissions and re-admissions, care coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

He has provided care in diverse healthcare settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, intensive care units, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing centers, and home health environments.
Dr. Gerry has extensive expertise in geriatric and internal medicine and has held leadership roles such as Assistant Department Manager and Regional Addiction Prevention Nurse Practitioner. He is recognized for his clinical leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and commitment to improving patient outcomes.
His professional work emphasizes evidence-based practice and advancing research in osteoporosis risk reduction, diabetes management, and infectious disease prevention, reflecting a lifelong dedication to education and patient-centered care.
