We are expanding our behavioral health services and looking for motivated, patient-focused therapists who want to build a strong caseload and earn competitively without administrative burden.

Compensation
60/40% of collected revenue
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy (individual sessions)
- Conduct mental health assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation (SOAP format)
- Complete documentation within 48 hours after patients visits
- Collaborate with medical providers
Requirements
- Active license in DC, Maryland, or Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)
- NPI number
- Experience with adult mental health (preferred)
- Comfortable with EMR systems
- Strong documentation skills
Ideal Candidate
- Motivated to build and maintain a caseload
- Reliable and completes notes on time
- Strong patient engagement (low no-shows)
- Team-oriented but independent
Schedule
- Flexible (part-time or full-time)
- Minimum preferred: 20 sessions/week
